Default Steven Jory Subaru

So yesterday i found out my pitch mount was broken so i took it in to steven jory since its close to my work. I find out its not just that mount its 2 other ones also. So Troy (service advisor) called me saying that there not going to cover it under warranty. I asked to speak to there manager and asked why they said " you had a 3inch turbo back " i just installed it yesterday which i thought was stupid.. i told him that and he goes ok then you abused the car. So i cracked up i argued with him saying its known problem on the 06 models he said no its not blah blah blah. 10 mins later troy calls me and tells me that she told the service manager it happens alot so they agreed to look in to it. 1hr later don the service manager calls me and says the rep agreed to pay for it since it is a known problem don apologised to me and said its something he hasnt seen b4. It took some fighting but at the end im happy that i got my car worked on. Troys ****ing awesome shes great to work with .

They put the new mounts in because people were complaining of NVH. I think they released a TSB about it.

TBE, Doesnt not have any direct effects on motor mounts, nor pitch mount.
That **** pisses me off, lazy ass's They get paid more to charge a customer then what subaru pays. Last I check subaru pays $10 less an hour and require a standard flat rate time. = less money, Blame the customer, charge them full pop. Customer pays twice what subaru pays, plus a higher hourly rate.
So they like to push it off on the customer, They pay better....

Oh and those ****ers cant even order my rear bumper right. Twice they have got me the wrong stuff. They wanted to hand me front bumper stuff. I was like see that ****... Its the rear bumper I need. REAR BUMPER. They didnt even overnight it on their mistake. I was still told I'd have to wait a week to get the parts. Even on their mistake....

My autobody shop has been told if they need anymore parts to get it from Avondale and not Stevo Junky anymore.

more power more stress... now if you come in with an 07 with that kinda problem then most likely your launching your car a little too hard... try a diff technique when launching
