YOu might want to talk to Kevin Thomas, he's got an Outback Sport running nitrous and a bunch of other go fast goodies. Defintely a good guy to get to know if you are looking at making a 2.2L fast.

Snow = FUN!!

As long as you're not being stupid about it, I think snow is a great place to really learn the balance of your car.

At lower speeds, you effectively get to know how your car is going to break loose and how you can control it. Once the pavement gets dry though, things happen at higher speeds(i.e. more dangerous) and much more quickly.

Pulling G's at higher speeds is also a lot of fun though.

Cheers,
MB

Face it scooby's kick a$$ in ALL conditions, especially snow and ice.
I go to empty parking lots almost every weekend in the winter. Like markus said it's a good way to get to know how to control your car.

Now I just need a couple of LSD's and twice as much power and I'll be set.

Trevor,

Welcome!! We don't discriminate here, but you will find that a majority of the members posting here do own an RS. But, we do have a few Legacy's, Forrester's, and SVX's here as well.

ImprezaTS, is a member in the Vancouver board, you can always chat with him regarding possible mods to cars. The EJ25 (2.5RS motor) is gaining a decent aftermarket parts of which many will work on your EJ22 motor (Brighton, TS, and Outback Sport motor).

Stay on this board long enough (and use the search function to view old topics) and you'll learn a lot.

Once again, Welcome aboard!!

Cheers,
MB

Trevor -- you also might want to talk to Lexicon -- another member of the Vancouver I-Club. He's got a TS with a Bruellen exhaust (I believe), and a Minnam intake, as well as a few other goodies. We welcome ANYBODY to this board, as long as they are curteous and polite!

Trolls need not participate!

LaterZ!
Darren!!

I think it is just because scooby-doo sounds sort of like subaru. And an LSD is a Limited Slip Differential.
