Exclamation Aw crap

just came back from tire warehouse and i WAS going to get my studs w/ 15" steels put on the car. problem is, the 15" steels they had did not fit over the front brake calipers, these are stock calipers. The rim was the correct offset, but the design didn't allow for the rim to fit over, there would be rubbing. What else can i do?? I'm going to the dealership and i'll probably have to order the forester 15' rims. I can't think of anything else. It's only $15 more dollars for the foresters. oh well.

Unhappy

Chris,

More prrof that Subaru City has their head up their collective rear ends. That should never had gone past the parts guys at the Subie dealership. It should be common knowledge.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.

Cheers,
MB

Went through the same damn thing last year. You can get wheels that are the right offset and that are hollowed out enough to fit our wheels. The ones I got were made by Palmar and cost $32 each. I got steel 15s with studded 195/65/15 Cooper Wintermasters. They're invincible!

Thank you kindly!!!
