ASK ABOUT NEW RCE
SWAY BARS FOR STI

Default Mid-A only deals? RCE suspension parts direct from RCE? Really cheap installs? SWEET!

We have 1 set of Whiteline Motorsport Camber Plates, for use with coilovers only.

$309 picked up.

We have a couple more new parts coming out very soon and we want Mid-A to have first dibs. We've set aside sets of our new RCE Black (Regular Guy) Springs and RCE Wagon springs, as well as our next shipment of RCE Yellows for Mid-A use only. We want more of the Mid-A on RCE parts, so come and get it!

-------------------------------------------------------------

Racecomp Engineering Yellow Springs.

The ultimate lowering spring for your STi.

Racecomp Engineering is proud to offer the RCE Super Sport Street/Track Springs (RCE Yellows), an OEM replacement spring for 2004-2007 Subaru WRX STi. Designed for use with standard STi inverted struts or Ohlins Fixed Perch Replacement Struts, these springs are intended for both the daily driven street driver as well as the autocross and track day weekend warrior.

Also a perfect spring for a WRX with upgraded struts!

A sample of the reviews and feedback we've heard from customers:

Racecomp Engineering Regular Guy Springs (RCE Blacks)

The long awaited "mild drop" high performance spring for your STi.

Introducing the RCE Regular Guy Springs (RCE Blacks), an OEM replacement spring for 2004-2007 Subaru WRX STi and the next in Racecomp Engineering's growing line of performance springs for Subaru Impreza, Subaru Legacy, and Mitsubishi Evolution. Designed for use with standard STi inverted struts or Ohlins Fixed Perch Replacement Struts, these springs are intended for both the daily driven street driver as well as the autocross and track day weekend warrior.

Using similar spring rates as the extremely popular and successful RCE Yellow Springs, but having a much more subtle/mild drop in comparison, these are perfect for STi owners not looking for a ride height much lower then stock, and yet are still looking for increased spring rates. Spring rates are still 15% stiffer then JDM Pinks with an emphasis on the rear rate, so you will still be outpacing just about everything on the track and auto-x course!

MID-A ONLY PRICE - $299 picked up OR $450 installed!!!

Racecomp Engineering Street/Track Wagon Springs

The ONLY high performance spring designed specifically for the Subaru WRX Wagon with upgraded struts.

Finally, an option exists for Subaru WRX Wagon owners with upgraded struts!

Rather then having to choose between spring rates that are too soft (most wagon specific springs) and a saggy rear end (most sedan specific springs), Racecomp Engineering is proud to announce an OEM replacement spring for the 2002-2007 Subaru WRX Wagon and the next in Racecomp Engineering's growing line of performance springs for Subaru Impreza, Subaru Legacy, and Mitsubishi Evolution.

Designed for use with standard STi inverted struts, Koni Inserts, Tokico D-Spec struts or Ohlins Fixed Perch Replacement struts, these springs are intended for both the daily driven street driver as well as the autocross and track day weekend warrior. Using similar spring rates as the extremely popular and successful RCE Yellow Springs, but having a wagon specific ride height, these are perfect for wagon owners not looking to compromise either ride height or spring rates.

Designed with direct feedback from wagon owners, these are THE solution for Impreza owners looking to prove what a properly set-up wagon with upgraded struts can really do!

Racecomp Engineering Tarmac II Coilovers.

Don't settle for anything less.

This is the exact same kit used by the Subaru of Gwinnett team, who had the highest placing Subaru Impreza in the 2007 One Lap of America ....the ultimate test of performance, durability, and driveability.

For 3 years, RCE has been regarded as the authority on suspension and brake components in the Subaru Impreza community, focusing on the track day and hardcore enthusiast.

With much success in coilover sales and properly mating end users with a suspension that best suits their needs, Racecomp Engineering has again filled the gap and addressed the niche market of the Impreza STi version model years 2004-2007 (including 02-07 WRX and GC8 Impreza) with the introduction of their own threaded body dampers (coilovers).

Reviews are finally popping up across the internet for this highly anticipated solution for users desiring the ultimate in performance and ride quality. A small sample of the reviews we are hearing from customers:

I believe r-compounds will allow me to fully use what's available with the coilovers...that's soon as I'll use my autox tires/wheels for the next HPDE...
Trailbraking led to a very controllable rotation and track-out was "push-free". It was strange, I tried to find a situation where the car would fight me...not do what I wanted...and I was not able to find that! Turn in was immediate, mid-corner hold was high and when it slid it was very neutral, and track-out had no "push"...it was just a very comfortable 4-wheel slide when traction broke = VERY EASY TO DRIVE.

Without a doubt, the Tarmac2s with the 500/400 rates are a transformative modification...the car has become an animal, and why I now call her the "Grey Dragon"...due to the predatory-like abilities of the car. I am growing very fond of this STI...

My job in Secaucus forced my to take some of the most chewed up roads I have ever seen, as the Company is in an industrial park which is dominated by large trucks. This suspension soaked up every pothole it could find. Nothing harsh. No noise. Kidneys in tact. In fact, I really think in some ways it is BETTER than the stock struts, especially for smaller and medium size hits. I am just amazed.

They were always available, and very happy to help. I know there are a lot of great vendors on here, and I am sure many of them would do what RCE does. But through the entire process I felt like I was speaking to someone with DIRECT knowledge of the product, especially concerning installation and setup. I would have had a much more difficult time without their expertise, so for me, this really made a HUGE difference.
The real hard part in designing a suspension system is finding a balance between ride quality and performance. Unlike a 1 way adjustable damper adjusting only rebound, or worse, bump and rebound at the same time, a true 2 way damper allows you to have vastly different set-ups for both street and track. Neither is a compromise with the other, and you can really get the best of both worlds. Couple this with advanced German valving and loads of travel that you won't find on JDM and Chinese coilovers, and you've got a suspension that rides better then a stock STi.

A little bit about customer service and support after the sale. We are available at all times of the day, after hours, and on weekends. We can walk you through an install if you're stuck in your garage or we can help dial in the perfect handling you're looking for when you're at the track.

Myles sold his car earlier this year like a fool.....otherwise he'd drive over and pick you up!

We have local peeps with the yellows, Mike is gonna try and get ahold of one for you. Email me at drewatgtworx@aol.com.

At our upcoming meet that is not announced nor does it have a set date, I think we'll have a car with each of our springs + coilovers on hand for test rides.

How are the "yellow" springs with Tokico D-Spec struts on a WRX? Are they a good match?

what is the drop on the black vs. yellow springs? I'd love to get one of these sets, but I worry about all the speed bumps I go over through my daily drives (hospital speed bumps)

i know on your site you say 23mm front and 20mm rear for the yellows, but i'd like to know as well...and having a front lip doesn't help either! how do they compare to the prodrive sti springs you have listed on your site? i can't wait to beef up my suspension!

We do have some customers on Tokico struts and 'yellow' springs, they love them. I believe there are some reviews on this forum about them.

I wish...unfortunately we don't have an alignment rack. However, we have a guy just up the street that we use and he does great alignments for $100. We could also do a string alignment but the price would probably deter you from going that way.

I'm interested in the rear sway bar. What size is it? I heard the larger the size the more tail happy a wagon will be. Not good with a baby in the car.

Oh and thanks for the PM. I may be taking you up on just the pinks. I'm thinking mild because im getting 18x8 wheels and i don't want them to rub.

The Whiteline bar is a 20mm adjustable, and you can back it down. There are bigger bars, but the Whiteline bar is a nice middle of the road type of thing. And on the softer setting it'll be pretty tame.

Let me know!

Thanks,
Andrew
