Spied in Los Angeles!! 2008 WRX STI??

Saw this today! I tried to follow it for as long as I can but the driver was getting annoyed and sped away. At the light, it definitely has that STI engine rumble. Not to mention, it sped away like an STI. It was being driven by two japanese men. I couldnt get a clean still shot of the brembo's. They were trying to flee from me so i couldnt get a shot of the aggressive front with hood scoop. Saw this in Marina Del Rey area. What do you guys make of it?

Excellent catch! Looks like the phat rear wing lives on... Do the taillights look a little different from the WRX to anyone else?

It looks a little higher too though (I think).

looks like some hatchback with a big wing...

probably need a side profile view to determine more...

also, looks like they tried to put some humps on the doors to hide fender flares...?

That giant "wing" might be a fake/decoy: It doesn't look like the center/high brake light LEDs are mounted at the trailing edge of the "wing."
