How to install the shock sensor to the stock alarm system

I want to get this shock sensor from dealer and install by myself for my 07 2.5i. Do anyone has done this before?

i bought it, but havent installed yet. i guess installation is plug and play under the glovebox but the instruction says you have to bring to dealership to activate it? want to know for sure.

You can install it yourself....Goes under your glovebox. It comes with instructions to install.

But, you will have to take it to the dealer to have it activated. There is no way of getting around this. I just took mine to the dealer a couple days ago to have it activated and it cost me $29.

I put in the sensor just fine but where is the cable? I can't find it?

Your profile says you have an '05. If you bought the shock sensor and are trying to install it on your car you wasted your money. It is for the '07-newer only.
The alarm on an '05 already has a shock sensor built into it.
