He did, running on 24 psi he made 10 seconds something (thats in utah btw altitude blah blah blah)
Point is he usually runs 45 psi ! ! ! ! So you can guess what the times would be on full boost. ![]() I had the videos of his drags bookmarked somewhere... if i find them I'll post them up. |

yeah doug, mitch did run the car and had since gone to a water to air setup. He just kept twisting the rear axle bars (into two) when boost with hit after the 60'ft. I know he was parting out the setup for his 08 STi, IIRC.

as far as I am aware, this car is no longer. I heard he was doing a 3.0L build with it now, but that is just hear-say. I personally saw it run a 10.5 at 134, for this dragstrip, that is impressive.
Anybody want to come up to Utah this summer and try their whip out on our sucky strip, you are MORE THAN WELCOME!!!! Please come, I am Begging you. |

I heard it's got two EJ25s in it now, with NOS and is 6 wheel drive, with monster truck axles.

I never had to worry about it... but doesn't someone make "unbreakable" axles? With the money invested in this car, I'd think the axle situation would have been dealt with.

from what he told me, the axles were a fail safe for the trans...as, incase you don't know, the 6-spd full gearsets make the 5-spd PPG sets look cheap
![]() I was quoted $10k for a 6-spd dogbox ![]() |

There are "unbreakable" axles for the Subaru???
I think the DSS axles were pretty questionable as people with like 400HP were breaking them, I don't know if they have been improved since? The only other option that he found I think was some $3000/axle Rally axles so he started looking into making his own solution... Quote:
