Default FS: VF39, Uppipe, V8 JDM STI Cluster, Lotek 3-Gauge A-Pillar Pod, Stock Boost Gauge

VF39: SOLD

This turbo came out of an 05 STI with less than 15k mi. on it. It has zero shaft play but has the typical crack on the hotside (refer to images attached below). I don't know how well it controlled boost but per the previous owner, it didn't seem to be an issue. I bought the turbo for a project but gave up on it midway. The other quirk with the turbo is that one of the hotside bolts is broken and is stuck in the housing (refer to images attached below). I was going to remove it but gave up halfway due to the failure in my project. If required, I think I can finish the job or have my machine shop take a look at it. It shouldn't be an issue anyways. Looking for best offer on this piece.

Uppipe: SOLD

This is a brand-new catless flex uppipe of unknown make. I am going to guess Tanabe but can't be quoted on it. If anyone wants to help out and chime in on its make, I'll greatly appreciate it. Its inner diameter seems to be a bit larger than most other uppipes I've come across. Looks beefy and if this piece doesn't sell, I might consider swapping it out for my Invidia one. Comes with a new header-to-uppipe gasket. Looking to get $105 shipped for this piece.

V8 JDM STI (2005) Cluster : SOLD

The cluster has less than 46,500 km (29,000 mi.) on it and is in good condition. It will fit all WRXs as far as I know but may require some slight modification. In terms of modification to fit, I know that 02-04 WRXs will need a tab to be shaved and a wire to be cut (5-minute job). I am not sure about 05+ WRXs; I think they don't require any modification at all but if anyone knows better, feel free to chime in. Looking to get $330 shipped for this piece.

Lotek 3-Gauge A-Pod: SOLD

Painted-to-match 60-mm pod for 02+ (as far as I know) WRX sedans. I had it on my 02 WRX for a few days and decided that A-piller gauge pods are not for me. It's pretty much brand new. I've managed to mount it in my car without having have to use the stock A-pillar piece by using two screws up top. This will save your stock A-piller piece from being hacked-up. Looking to get $60 shipped for this piece.

Stock WRX Lamco Boost Gauge: SOLD

Came with my car. It includes the steering-wheel mounted pod and gauge. Simple device and not much to say about it. Looking to get $40 for this piece.

Clear 02/03 Side-markers: SOLD

While these are eBay items, they are not the cheaper versions. They sell for $25 shipped on eBay and are of the "diffused" variety. Used them for a few weeks before getting some carbon fiber deletes. Looking to get $10 for them.

I just recently put a v8 JDM STi cluster into my 02 wrx. There is definitely no tab that I had to shave off. My car has been apart since I put it in, so it hasn't been run - so I don't know about cutting any wires... why is this necessary?

If you have an 04 cluster, then it is plug and play. If you have an 05 cluster, then you have to shave a tab and cut a wire to prevent your radio/clock fuse from popping. Both 04 and 05 STIs are V8s.

My car is a bugeye. I have had both the 04 and 05 V8 clusters in them. What are your specific questions?

04 V8 clusters are pretty much plug and play unless you want to get the outside-temperature gauge going.

05 V8 clusters are almost plug and play. You will need to shave a tab on one of your connectors and cut a wire (or two depending on shift-buzzer). Both steps require 5 min. of your time total. Outside-temperature gauge will also require the same wiring as the 04 V8 cluster (or V7, I had that one too).

PM me if you have other specific questions.

Cheers.

Gerald.

It'll show the miles - or in this case, kilometers - on the cluster.

Cheers.

Now where did I put those old 60-mm bedside-clocks of mine...

Just kidding. How much are you looking to spend on the gauges?
