Default Black non hardening sealer/cualk

Hey does any one know what the black caulking is that holds the vapor barrier to the door is, or where I can get it. I called NAPA and it sounds like the closest thing they have is strip caulk, which I dont think is as sticky as the stuff that is on the car.

Thanks,

Cameron

If there is a novas windsheild repair place in your area, they have sticky black caulk that works good.

It's called weatherstripping adhesive, and its made by 3M. You can get it in grey, yellow, and black. the yellow stuff dries hard, the black stuff stays somewhat pliable.

Ha Ha we used to use that black sealant to patch up rhino linings all the time.

You can match texture with it pretty well with a wet sponge too.
