Default SEMA Request...

I want to get to the SEMA show this year.

I know nothing about the ticket process other than that we can't git 'em.

PM me if you have two (2) spare tickets.

Terms can be discussed.

If you have any knowledge in this area, please share it.

Thanks.

If you're a vendor you can go. Maybe try to get an intern somewhere or just beg a vendor.

Thanks for the info, everyone.

Vendors and anyone else in positions of immense power,
please PM me ASAP so that my begging may commence.

Thank you.

I've never been to SEMA, but I've been going to CES for the past couple of years. SEMA and CES are industry trade shows, so they only let you in if you're affiliated with the industry in some fashion.

They allow vendors/exhibitors (the people with a booth and all), industry affiliates (engineers, manufacturers, etc), and press. I might have missed out a few. The exhibitor pass access is the best, security lets you in at all times (during exhibitor setup and clean-up, and before the show officially opens to everyone at 09:00). It's really so that the exhibitors can prepare for the show each day, but I just use it to get to the cool stuff before everyone else . However, any of the passes will let you see all the show has to offer.

If you do go, get plenty of rest, get some really comfortable shoes to walk around in, and bring a camera. The LV Convention Center is huge.

Lots of lots of walking. I was hungover every day and showed up @ 12pm the earliest. Make sure you take notes of places you wanna visit, you can easily pass them without knowing.

The models will distract you as well and eat before you get there. Thank goodness for the free energy drinks though.
