Default Why can't I see my whole table on Hydra?

So I am trying to look at the values listed for my idle speed target table on a Hydra 2.5, software release 12. The left-most cell is highlighted in light blue and on the graph there is a section which is highlighted in yellow. Well, every time I grab the little drag button to move over to the cell I want to look at, it jumps right back to the left side where the blue cell is.

I am sure this is a noob question, but I have no idea how to get it so I can look at the other part of the table.
