Another dumb question:
Do they make any type of locking screws or devices so douche bags can't steal your license plate? Thanks.

You can try getting some tamper proof screws. Do a Google search for "security screws".

I agree - there are all sorts of tamper proof things - pin-in-torx is common (which can be a problem, I guess), there's also pentadrive and a whole host of other hard to remove screws (the idea being to get one where tools are scarce, and it's otherwise hard to make it work) |
