Another dumb question:

Do they make any type of locking screws or devices so douche bags can't steal your license plate?

You can try getting some tamper proof screws. Do a Google search for "security screws".

I agree - there are all sorts of tamper proof things - pin-in-torx is common (which can be a problem, I guess), there's also pentadrive and a whole host of other hard to remove screws (the idea being to get one where tools are scarce, and it's otherwise hard to make it work)

Man, I wish someone would steal my front tag, it would give me an excuse not to have the annoyance of having one in front.

they steal your plate, and go cause mischief..

like stealing gas

stealing cars

etc.

AutoZone and Advance has Security-Allen, Pep Boys has security Torx.

McMaster has All kinds of Security screws. The bit kit is like $30 at Sears.

I had someone steal my Autozone Domestic Market Adjustable Plate mount, and leave my plate on my hood. I was all WTFm8?
