We always knew that Tial's products had been legendary in terms of reliability, but never had a way of packaging their BOV design in such a way that every Impreza owner could leverage them. That has changed with the release of our new BOV kit for the 2002-2007 Impreza lineup.
We start off with a custom designed and waterjet cut flange. That is precision tig-welded onto a v-band flange that the Tial high performance BOV is bolted onto. Then the entire assembly is machined to make sure the flange surface is flat and true.
Our kit has been designed and tested around several of the common aftermarket intercoolers, as well as the standard OEM units.
All kits will include our custom flange assembly, v-band flange, the Tial unit, a new 3 layer BOV gasket, and a machined plug for your factory return line. You supply the elbow grease, and about 3 minutes later, you're done.
Our kits will be competative and retail in the same area as other high quality atmospheric units such as HKS's SSQV.

We are now offering our BOV Kits with a REUSABLE O-ring gasket built in to the flange! Instead of paying for a new gasket each time you want to take the intercooler or BOV off, you can reuse this one which is pressed into the flange. It also provides better protection against boost leaks as pressure is applied evenly around the hole to ensure a proper seal!

P&L has spent over half a year designing, refining, and testing our turbo kit offerings for the Subaru Impreza. After having had to install and work with several companies other products, there were some shortcomings we simply knew could be overcome. So we started from scratch and started designing a kit from the ground up that covered fitment issues, quality control issues, etc.
Hand crafted in house by our fabricators, each kit is built and designed with pride in very small batches to keep quality control high. We've extensively tested all of our kits with various model year cars to make sure there are absolutely no fitment issues.
The heart of the system is the Garrett GT3076R turbocharger. For those looking for power levels under 450WHP (recommended for stock internal EJ257s) we have a .63 A/R exhaust option that is optimized well between 20-26 PSI. For those looking to get everything out of it, the .82 A/R exhaust option will spool up a few hundred RPM later, but flow well between 25-30 PSI (octane being appropriate of course).
Believe it or not, our kits are designed to work with high quality, upgraded top mount intercoolers (Spearco and TurboXS being our preferred choice). For those applications our kit comes with a 4" to a 3" intake with integrated MAF adapter. If you'd like to go with a front mount solution, the kit will come with a weld in 3" MAF adapter for blow through applications. Specify which you'd like at time of ordering.
Only the best components are used to keep maintenance down, and installation simple. Wastegate control is via a high quality Tial 44MM external wastegate. The Tial's V-band clamp assembly keeps maintenance at a minimal as there are no gaskets to blow out.
A custom stainless steel power steering line is included to replace the unwieldy factory unit, dramatically cleaning up the look of the engine compartment as well.
