Can you use a tr motor 2.5 with AVCS heads on a 2004 wrx, will avcs lock in place @ 0 degrees.... getting a hydra next month but want to switch out motor now...?Thanks

This would be a good question for the hydra people, since they would need to do a custom config probably

Yes, and Yes if you have a Hydra. That motor will not run on your OEM ecu due to the different cam sensors without relocating the cam sensor pickup. Your OEM ecu will also read the cam location at about 5 degrees off and it will be check engine lights galore.
