Default Mid-A AccessPort people - 91 or 93 octane maps?

Just wondering - for the people around here using APs, especially at stage 2, do you run the 93 octane maps, since we do have 93/E10 gas, or do you run 91 to play it safer?

I ran the 93 map OTS before my protune and then retuned after the E10.

The 93 OTS is just fine IMHO for E10 Mix.

I have been running the 93 maps for a while in our '02 and never had a problem.

Thanks for the responses so far. I figured most people would run 93, but didn't want to assume...

I'm actually asking if people run 93 gasoline and a 91 map, not vice versa. Cobb says you may want to run the 91 map on 93 gas if you get detonation.

I used to run the 91 map on 93 octane when I had my '04 WRX. I was traveling a lot to rural PA where the only gas available was 92 sometimes.

I also said I could care less about 5 more hp to be a little safer.

I say meh now.

The octane is rated the same for e10 as non-e10. The timming is advanced or the boost is increased on the 93 map to produce more HP. So, you could blend all types of gas/ethanol as long as they have 93 or higher octane.

I use a 93 map because its readily available. 93 > 91.

My base map is Stage 2 93 and I run both 92 and 93 octane gas with no problems.
