A Honda I would have accepted is the S2K. Saw a big caravan of S2K owners on I-5 the other day, I wish I had one to join along.

Nice bikes btw

vintage = awesome! I love the older bikes, they are not tuned anywhere near as hard and run for ever and then a little longer.....kind of like twinkies they will be around for ever and outlast all

The XR is an 81 bought it for 500$ it runs and ran when I bought it, only issue, need to redo the rear brakes pretty soon.
The RM is an 84 bought it about 4 years ago ran and runs like a champ! Picked it up for 700.....the RM is awesome it sat for a little more than a year, went out kicked it a few times, only took about 5 min and it started.
Great way to learn about engines, becaues there is no computerized crap to cause problems.
So anyone wanna go riding??? HAHA

In the mid 80's I learned to ride on 73' Bultaco Alpina. My dad loved that thing.

Then I rode his brothers 74' Bultaco El Matador. The famed 6 days bike. Thing was way too much bike for me and spit my 75 lb frame off like nothing. One of those classic moments of falling off the back while I grabbed more throttle as my Dad and Uncle cringed in horror
