Default Anyone need a room?

As the title says, anyone looking for a room to rent? I am in Wasilla and commute to Anchorage, as does my roomie. More than willing to carpool. I work 8-5 usually but flexible.

Would need someone reliable and trustworthy and timely, 3 very important things. right now theres only one animal in the house, a male fixed cat named chester, older... stoner... etc. pretty nice.

Rent is currently ~$450 for the room, but could be slightly negotiable, utilities included (unless its a frigid cold snap and the elec bill skyrockets to $300) full size washer and dryer, xbox 360, xbox, PS2, wireless network, cable TV, large gravel parking, close to shopping, good commuting location, newly built deck section for grilling, 2 car garage available to use for working on cars, and parking spot available for small additional fee. Room is available now.

PM me or call 230-3435 if interested or know someone interested.

its not a long commute, it is only ~40 minutes, averaging from days with heavy cops and days without.

This city wouldn't have a freaking rush hour if it would convert the glenn and the seward into major freeway's, instead of the rinky dink state roads that they are. 1 more lane on the Seward from Fireweed to O'Malley would get rid of alot of conjestion in the afternoon, I know I sit in that **** just about everyday.

If only I could get out of the dorms. I'd be on this like white on rice. Good luck though.
