Default 2.5wrx TD06-20G- Should I be disappointed?

First off, I have over 50 datalogs from the street that show this turbo hitting 21psi at 3800rpm and not dropping below 19 at redline. On the dyno, it just doesn't want to spool. It's like it's not loading the car enough for it to replicate a street spool. This run was with:
2006 WRX wagon
TD06-20g
Prodrive BCS
Ebay TMIC
Cobb 3" catted TBE
Deatschwerks 750cc injectors
Walbro 255
APS dual vent BOV
Coolingmist basic kit running 50/50 mix meth/water
Not so wonderful NM 91 Octane
Enginuity tune.
The first pull was pathetic, but I made some good gains by the 5th. I just bought a hallman MBC and will try the dyno again next week and see how it goes.
I really thought I would get more out of the setup.

Hmm, pump gas? Shouldn't you be a little close to 11.5:1 AFR?

That wbo2 isn't accurate. I talked to the dyno owner about that today again. My wb02 shows about 11.6-11.7, plus the one on the dyno is post cat. Also, I'm running meth injection.

350 hp and 380ish torque is good out of a 20g while still running a topmount.

I dont think the numbers are dissapointing.

I would be happy with that, even with it not loading right and still pulling 350 hp. thats alot on the street

It's more than enough to surprise people for sure. The car looks bone stock, and well, it's a wagon.

Good power IMO, but it looks like it spools late. I know you said it's different on the street but don't get disappointed with the numbers. You probably have yourself a mid 12second car.

You're making me debate the 20g vs the 18g I was looking at... Our wagon gears slow the spool down a little. I was hoping to see full boost at 3300-3500 max. Looks like fun =)

on 91 octane, those numbers are fantastic. Even with the TMIC.

If you were catless, I might expect a little more.

Nah, it's a daily driver and I'm afraid to break it. I can't drive worth crap anyway so I'd be embarassed by a 14sec pass with a 350whp car.

I would be pleased with that out of a 20g. What is the elevation where you live?

You might get little more if you have not gasket matched your ebay intercooler. The inlets were not even close to being the proper size on the one that I have. Just use a round course sanding drum in a drill motor should not take you that long to do it. Also I have read that the exhaust manifolds on the 06 WRX really need to be ported and have a bigger connecting pipe. Other than that your set up looks awesome.

I also have a 06 wagon but am only at stage 2 currently. But the above items are cheap compared to the money that have already spent.

Super
