Default rotated and ewg and boost control....

didnt want to spoil the suprise but, i am redoing my reverse manifold setup and adding a custom rotated turbo set up with external wastegate...now for the questions...

i have a perrin ebcs, cobb ap and will be protuned, do i need a boost controller? electronic or manual? or is this all controlled with the protune?

I had COBB tune my set up and they recomended the prodrive controller. I have a EWG setup

ask your tuner. I wouldnt get anything like a bcs, boost controller, EM, etc...without the tuners advice.

cant wait to see how it turns out though...sounds sick!

I've been running a GM BCS to control my EWG, but I use a UTEC and not an AP. I'm pretty sure you'll be fine, though.

Talk to your tuner and get whatever he recommends. He is the one tuning the car and setting the boost so do what he says and you will get the best results.

On another note, I run an AVCR and like it. Easy to set and switch boost maps with. Also the Blitz SBC-ID is nice and others seem to like the turbo smart e-boost.

Oh, if I didn't HATE the look (at night, completely boring) I would suggest the TruBoost. It's simple, effective, easy to install, etc but completely blows goats as far as looks go.
