Dude, FIGHT THAT!!! Don't let that loser get away with that. I know you are smart enough even to defend yourself in a case like this. Get all the evidence you can to prove that you were doing no wrong. Hell, in a case like this, you could probably sue or at least get his insurance to cover everything.

To start off it's good to know you're okay... for the most part that is. Otherwise totally contest that ticket! Cuz that's waaay stupid!

may be a shot but call the chief of what ever he is( not trying to be an ass but first it was fire department and now its police) secartary to the stand if we was truly at lunch the person should be able to agree to that if not its perjury and remind him of that. also show the judge the pictures they clearly indicate that you were stopped .

Fight it. have the chief prove he was at the resturant... show proof like reciept for a meal or something. fight it with the traffic laws proving you had the right of way. It shouldn't matter who has who, laws should be upheld. get a lawyer for sure.

That suck, glad you are ok.
His father is not an objective witness. However he is the chief. If you don't have a witness (other than your cousin, preferable someone you don't know) it's going to be very hard to fight.

exactly. unfortunately, today's society is based on politics. so you end up losing by default, even though it's not supposed to work that way.

if i was in the evo i would have killed him with my bare hands... slipped on the blood that came from the arm of his i ripped off and beat him with... given myself a slight concussion and claimed i didnt remember any of it. they would later find my 3 diamonds lodged in his throat and my sandal up his butt.
