Default COBB Tuning Track Day - August 10th

Just an FYI, it will be held at the new Miller Motorsports Park, which is the same track that the last GT Live was held at.

Check HERE for more information.

I have a friend i can stay with in slc but thats about the only thing i got going for me.

Drive over 1500 miles spend 150 bucks to get on the track. I am sorely tempted maybe if someone else is down to make the trip ill go.

I know a pretty fun and easy route to get there from df-dub. Maybe if we have guys coming from se texas, we can roll out from df dub, then meet up in amarillo with the guys that are travelling from south central texas (sa, austin) then decide whether to keep going 287 north and skirt denver and head north towards I 80 or take the twisties on I 70. But I 80 is fun but its also a more direct route to SLC.

Is anyone going for sure?

The # you call is on this thread and how the track day is set up and a list of other entry's.

I'm baffled by what "r-eight-er for life" means....it's almost: "racer for life", but not quite. Or is it "raider for life"....I'm lost.

Guess the schools in backwoods Utah aren't what they used to be.....

Your math does not compute. This is a 24+ hour trip straight through.

Taking 380 to US-287 all the way to I-70 then take I-25 north to I-80. It's alot faster than I-35 all the way to I-70.

I was going as the crow flies.

14 hours: http://tinyurl.com/2j6qbq (hint: you can drag your route around to see different methods)

False. It is actually quicker but a little longer taking 287. But much more scenic! I have driven both routes several times and the outcome ends up the same each time.

Still, false, as you don't have hover VTEC installed.

Nevermind, read the instructions wrong, 14 hours for first leg, ten for the rest.
