Default BIG HEADACHE, need to stop thinking!!!

okie dokie, here's my problem............well not really a prob. but just can't make up my mind and i need some suggestions or a little advice. i have 2 choices to make but can only afford one of em' for now (both costing about the same $500)
1) Exhaust system GB from GTBGUY-alwyas been wanting an aftermarket exhaust for the car and now that a GB is at hand i can finally afford it.
or
2) 52k Major Maintenance- when i bought the car in Sep. of 00' the car allready had or close to 40k miles on it (now reaching 51k). ever since then i've been doing the regular maintenance for it (oil change every 3k or every 3 months, rotate tires and such). now i dont know what the previous owners have done to the car maintenance wise, but i just wanna be up-to-date with the plan since im gonna be keeping the car for the next 4-5 yrs. or so.

i know, i know, some of you might say that i can do most of the fixer upper myself, but in this kinda weather...........No Thanksplus i dont have a garage, to poor .

ok...........enough thinkin' for me b4 my head explodes. need some gin and niquile . g-nite ya'll hope ya'll can ease my pain and suffering. THANKS

Maintenance over mods. That's a no-brainer. Look at it this way. A cooler muffler won't have any effect on how well your car runs. The 52K service will.

Is there a major maintinence at 52k? I got mine at 43k and have done normal stuff, but wasn't going to do anything big until the 60k service.

is this koosh?

reason why i said "major" is because i have no knowledge of what the previous owners have done to the car (maintenence wise) and i want everything done to the car:

coolant flush
replace fuel filter
" spark plugs
" PVC valve
" diff. fluid
" brake fluid
fuel injection cleaning (3m)
have em check front & rear bearings
induction cleaning
trams fluid
