Default Pic requests for GC8 PLEASE HELP

I know its been asked and brought up a million times, and even after doing dozens of searches i still have not found pics of either an sti version 5 wing, or a sti version 6 wing (replicas of course), on GC8 sedans. I have one of them now, but not sure which one(because i bought it off a i clubber). I'm not sure if i want to put it on [because that slope angled part i dont like too much], or sell it and get the RB5, because i have found plenty of pics with that wing on a sedan, and it looks great.aka no stupid slope thanks

Post a picture of YOUR wing and others would probably be able to tell you right away.

But just by what you're saying, I'm guessing you have a Ver. VI

Just shrink the picture down.

But I'll guess some more...does your wing have a sort of "split" at the sides, with the top being angled? If so that probably is the Ver. VI wing.

i've tried shrinking it many times, in both microsoft photo editor and paint, and i get it to where it fits regulation size, but the pic is microscopic. WHAT DO I DO? It has the Brake light on the bottom and has a split on the sides where the top part meets the bottom part.

do you really think i havn't been there?.....they have nice shots of the back..but who wants to see that..they all look almost identicle from the back. What im looking for is a front shot getting the side and the wing of a ver 5 wing ON the SEDAN.

Well, the ver. V and ver. VI wings are almost identical. The way I tell them apart is look at the "airfoil" itself. On a ver. V the airfoil is flat and has a small angle of attack. The ver. VI's airfoil is "angled", ie it has a small angle of attack at the leading edge, then halfway back it bends upward into a more aggressive angle at the trailing edge. Do a search for pics of Bankheist's car...he has a ver. VI and the airfoil's double angle of attack is very obvious.

Are you working with a .bmp file? If you are convert it to a .jpg file. Yes the RB5 wing on a GC8 sedan looks great!

Mind you if you have a replica you might not have those lip/foils that have been pointed out.
