My girlfriend and I (and her brother moving in with us in September) are looking for a place. Anyone have any hookups in the Anchorage renting scene?

We're looking for a 3 bedroom, at least 1.5 baths, a garage, and a washer/dryer. Our max price is $1500 a month. I'd prefer it be a townhome, not something in a huge complex. We've lived in the Alpine Apartment ghetto for too long and are finally at a point where we can afford something nice.

Plz 2 much of answer.

i think ak subie was looking for a roommate might be a little less than you are looking for though that and he is in wasilly

Normally, I'd suggest you buy instead of rent, but now's not necessarily the best time.

My GF works with lots of real estate people, many of them own properties and rent them out. I can see if she knows of anything.

yaaa, I have a place for rent.... currently I am just needing yet another roomate.

However by next summer if I keep having a roommate issue, the whole place might be up for rent. 3 bed, 2 bath, inwasilla but huge yard, huge driveway, 2 car garage... and ya, in wasilly. quite neighborhood. Relaxing.

Come out one day and see if you might even be considering of it.
