Post Mods voiding the warranty?

Not according to Tornado...

Will the Tornado product void my new car warranty?
A: No It is illegal for a car manufacturer to void the manufacturer's warranty for installing an aftermarket device, particularly since our product carries the CARB number.

well, it's clever wording.

true, they can't void your warranty for installing an aftermarket anything. But they can certainly refuse warranty coverage if they can show that the aftermarket device caused a failure of an otherwise covered part.
