I have a hypothetical type question, I am looking into buying a car, tuned with utec, its a turboxs stg.4 with vf22. I know that it has a vta bov, and I know that those are bad so this is my question, car is tuned with the vta, if I reroute it into the intake system, will that mess with the tune, or will it run a little better that way?

As far as I know, you can't tune a bov on the utec. I run SD and even with that when I run my WORX TUNING DS2 to atmo my car runs like poop.
If they did a map conversion they could tune it. Either way it should run a lot better with it recirc.. |
