Default Length of boost tube for ABC?

Hey, if I mount the turbo-xs ABC where it shows to in the manual, which is under that black plastic cover on the passenger side which is above the wheel. If I try to mount it there, the tubing comming from the ABC will be around 5" too short. Is it okay to extend the tubing? Im not sure how the previous owner had it mounted so he might have cut it shorter for his application.

You don't need to mount it any specific location.

+1

But extending the tubes or whatever won't hurt anything.

incase anyone is seaching and had the same problem i had, i went to the local autozone/kragen and got a few feet of automotive rubber tubing. i think it was branded with goodyear print on it. but i connected it all up and it looks great! now i dont have to worry about that rubber melting anymore lol.
