Default Brullen / TRi / GTB_GUY / iON perf.

Okay, let me try to summarize this the best that I can....

I ordered the Brullen turboback exhaust from TRI tuning in may.
After a few delays, it arrived, even though I paid extra for 2nd day air.
But when it arrived, I realized that there was no CAT, even though I was assured that it was included. So I tried to get back in contact with Chris @ TRI, but anyone who has tried this knows how difficult it actually is.
Then, I got in contact with Chris and he assured me that the cat was on its way, and that he would refund my shipping charges....
but weeks went by and I kept calling, but I kept getting lies.

So after weeks turned into months, I decided to get in contact with GTB_GUY (aka Jack) since he is the middleman between Brullen and the dealers...
Jack went out of his way to "honor" my purchase at TRI, by sending me my missing cat, even though he still has yet to be paid from Chris at TRI.

So, to sum this up, the Brullen team has had some setbacks (ie: chris at tri), But they are making a comeback by having people who are out to take care of the customers, like Jack and the guys at iON performance...

so check them out!

Thanks a ton guys....

When a someone takes money, whether buy the phone, internet, via mail, and doesn't send you what you asked for (or nothing at all), and you take reasonable efforts to have the situation remedied, that could be construed as mail fraud -- a felony.

Because a 3rd party is willing to make good for them doesn't make the original party less responsible.

I would submit a request for a mail fraud investigation only as a last resort. Unfortunately I have had to do it to many times.

Sometimes it is the only way to hold someone accountable for their promises.

I am not saying you should do this in this case or ever. I only want people to be aware of their options.
