Konis are great and are a little more expensive and are adjustable. |

I had KYB 4 way adjustables in the front of my nissan and man, what a difference they made over stock. I ran on setting 2 most of the time.

KYB are popular, the GR-2s for bargain, the AGX if you want adjustability.
IIRC Koni's require you to cut up your stock struts to install inserts. There is also Tokico D-Specs which is what I am running now. I think they are the spendiest of the under 1k struts. And of course there is also the SPT struts and STi takeoffs which are under 1k too. Want a ride sometime? |

If you just want a cheap, quality strut, the GR-2 will be a good option. When my gf's old GF needed the struts replaced, we got some GR-2's from Tirerack, and I was impressed at the quality for the price. For a strict daily driver, they're a bargain.

If you want GR2, I have a connection for those at close to cost. Let me find out how much they will be. You want all 4 right?

If you are a tinkerer, you will love having dampening adjustable suspension.
It is like a video game for myself everyday! The GR2s are great for the money however. |

I have the AGX's on my GC and I love them. I like the adjustability of the dampning but the springs are still unforgiving.

My source tells me that they are not yet available for the 04-05 WRX. They are however in production.

Might help more if I actually link them. http://turninconcepts10.chainreactio...1e59c383151ffd
Oh and here is a link to an FAQ that lists pretty much all the available struts (not coilovers) that are available and how to get them to fit your ride: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1170952 |

struts alone are so expensive, for the price of set of struts, springs, and tophats you can almost get yourself a decent set of coilovers

Yeah, then you get to rebuild every couple years. Been there done that. Coils aren't worth it unless your tracking it pretty regularly.
