Default Motor Sealants

I am looking for stock or aftermarket sealants for the reassembly of my EG33. I would request opinions for the following items and anything else you can think of to seal the different parts of the motor.

Oil Galley Plugs
Coolant Plugs
Oil Pan
Block halves
Oil Pump (Subaru said to use High temp RTV instead of the expensive stock sealant)
Cometic Head gaskets (if any at all)

All opinions are appreciated. Especially good ones!

Thanks
