Default Bad turbo or broken ring??? Or worse?

It all started the other night at the drag strip (Great intro). I missed the shift to 5th gear on my third run. When I pulled around to cool down, I opened the hood and saw a bit of smoke start to come from near the turbo area. I smelled it, and it was definitely oil. I let the car cool a bit, and packed up the family and drove home(45 minutes). Now, for the last couple of days since, I have had a puff of whitish blue smoke upon start up, but no smoke after 5-6 seconds after initial start. The car seems to run ok, but I have not pushed it since I know something is up. I am concerned that either one of the cylinders is damaged or that the oil seal for the turbo is messed up. Today I had a 30 minute ride in it, and I could definitely smell burnt oil when I got out of the car. What do you think it is? Andrewtech cannot look at it for a couple of days, so I figured I'd ask around. I have an FP Green turbo, and all the support to go with it.

New symptom: Oil coming out of my boost controller.

I was thinking it may be the oil fitting on the turbo, but I can't get to it because of the turbo blanket. I was leaving at 5500 with LC.

well get under your car and make sure you didnt just blow a cv boot and grease is getting on your dp.. (done it twice) and it tends to smoke. but if not that.. why dont you pop that turbo cover off?? that might answer all you questions..

Would it cause a white puff at each start up? And no smoke while driving? What about oil coming out of the boost controller?

I have a very similar problem. I get a cloud of white/grey smoke out of my exhaust pipe on startup that goes away once the engine warms up. Now, the smoking problem from my exhaust on startup has gone away, but my turbo is smoking. I can see oil residue in the middle of the turbo, and a thin plume of white smoke rises from this area.
Funny enough I had the CV boot below the DP go 2 months ago and cause a lot of stench and smoke, but the CV boot is ok.
