Default 05 saabaru catback on my 05 RS

so i need some new exhaust(dont ask, i just need it), and a guy i know with a 05 saabaru(basically a WRX wagon) is upgrading to an STi catback, and will sell me his stock one for cheap. what i was wondering was: 1. will it bolt right up? 2. is there a difference between this and stock RS exhaust, and if so what is it?
