Default Prodrive BCS

is the tunning for the GM boost solinoid the same as the prodrive BCS? vise versa. i'm gonna reflash to XPT Stage 2 with the GM Solinoid but i'm unsure if my prodrive BCS will work with the map

Post in the right forum.
Use what you are supposed to use and dont think you can out-think the map maker.

While they should react in a similar way, they may not be exactly the same.

In fact, I've found just changing your vacuum lines (diameter and/or length) will affect how the boost control system reacts.

No it will not work the way it is supposed to.

While I have read the prodrive and gm are similar I wouldn't trust using that map with the prodrive and not logging and fine tuning. The maker of that map agrees and said he could not guarantee how the car would run with the combo. You could very easily overshoot target boost. If you are comfortable logging and making small changes to the map, it should not be very difficult to tune for the prodrive. You should only have to make small changes to the WGDC tables and the turbo dynamics tables.

I have the GM BCS and runs good, and I assume it's cheaper than the prodrive, anyway the only thing u need to tune with the BCS is WGDC and target boost, so that's pretty easy to tune.
