No one trust this guy, he shipped me an empty box!

8/14 Paid - $25 extra for quick shipping - Was told it would ship that or the next day - Fedex 2 Day
8/15 - 8/22 no tracking / shipping information
8/22 - Paypal alerted - Tracking information received - Sent 8/20 FedEx Ground
8/23 - 17x17x7.5 box on porch, No TMIC, only bubble wrap

I had some friends on another message forum measure their sti tmic, and the length is 20.5. I would think that if you put a 20.5" piece of metal in a 17" carboard box, it would deform, or have holes in it from the mounting tabs. No such damage on my box. This guy obviously tried to sell this part multiple times. He also told me that he had shipping insurance on it, so that would make 3x payment for 1 part.

JAVWRX is a SCAMMER!

well, the bad news is that this punk kid probably sold this IC twice, then filed a claim with FedEx, for another 300.

Paypal wont refund my money because he did send 'A' package.

Oh well, ill just go ahead and post in every thread he starts all over the internet, just so everyone knows that they are dealing with a dishonest thief.

I find it amazing that people have such a lack of morals to rip people off... Guess its just a reflection of how he was raised... Poorly.

Listen Javier. I have a box, full of bubble wrap, that I know an intercooler CANT fit in, and you have MY MONEY. Tell me how / why I should not be upset. I do NOT have an intercooler.

You even claim you had $300 insurance on the package. I cant even make a FEDEX claim, as the shipper has to.

I'm the one thats fukked here, not you.

I'm the one that will have to buy an intercooler from someone else, and hope that when I file ANOTHER claim with paypal, and my credit card company, that I get at least some of my money back. You on the other hand have my money, the money from whomever you sold the IC to, and probably the $300 from fedex.

By the way, you have YET to address the box size issue.

I challenge ANYONE on this board to fit an STi intercooler in a 17x17x7.5 box, without deforming or poking any holes in it.

Im not talking crap about anything, just saying, I have a STI TMIC I sold and Im shipping it tomorrow morning, and I just took a measurement of just the TMIC and along with the lil side brakets that come on each side measured close to 22 1/2- 23 inches long. So is impossible for a STI TMIC to fit in a 17inch box

Here is a thought, let him get the ins money from fedex or whatever, and refund your money.

At this point if I was him Id tell you to get F'd. Did you even bother trying to resolve this like a non moron?

BTW it takes WEEKS to get the money from fedex, so I would LOVE to hear how you think he already has the money.

For the record, I know Javier. He may be an idiot, but he is far from a scammer. I didnt see it packed up, but he has WAAAAAAAAAAAY more money than to bother taking the effort to scam someone out of 300 bucks.

I just dont see him having scammed you.

The 17" box issue, yeah thats odd, but I just dont see him scamming someone. There would be no reason for him to do it.

I have a feeling that since he sent it with his 'roomate' to ship, there is some funny busniness going on, and I am at the short end of the stick.

The fact is, I received a box full of bubble wrap, just spent another $245 for an intercooler, and he has ZERO interest in helping... That makes him a scammer, I dont care how much money he has (which is $275 more now that he has mine).

FYI, the box that the IC was allegedly shipped in is a FEDEX box number 157871. Marked as a 17x17x7. If anyone needs any other pics of it, it's still sitting on the floor by my back door, next to my splitter, which is of no use until I recieve my Y-Pipe that I had to buy from another guy, to go on the IC I had to buy from a local today.

A police report has been filed.

I still have not seen any of you that are defending this guy show me an sti intercooler with Ypipe and elbow in the box he shipped, and photograph the entire thing on a scale at either fedex or usps. I provided the box part number, and ill even make this more interesting. Ill give anyone that can perform this feat $100.

Well, you need to post up what the resolution was. Either there was a big misunderstanding or somebody was full of isht. In either case, you can't accuse someone of being a scammer then just sweep it under the rug and make it go away.

Well, Javier says he sent the item, and I say I got an empty box.

Somewhere between when he left the store, and I got the box on my door step, the IC was taken / lost / whatever.

Javier refunded my money, and I will assist him, if he needs, filing a claim with FedEx to get the insurance money.
