Default Spark plugs for a hybrid?

it's a 2.5 with forged internals and 03 wrx heads. do i use STI part numbers or WRX part numbers when ordering new plugs? should i get LASER PLATNUM or IRIDIUM? gap recomendations?

thanks in advance for any helpful information.

Your heads hold the plugs. I went with NGK Step colder Iridiums for the WRX. I might be switching to step colder copper as they are less prone to detonation.

that makes sense. i just happen to have some laser platnums that i will use. thanks.
