Default Fox 5s came...almost had a heart attack...ET35? No, wait....

Apparently, the Sport Edition rims begin life as 35 offset rims, and become 50s. They look great, very much like stock, which is nice, since I'm a fan of the "nothing to see here" look. I'm having them mounted and balanced tomorrow, so we'll see.

Very nice.. I'm probably going with the Fox 2s in 16" with some Dunlop 5000s this spring for my TS.

I'll have to try getting a friend with a digicam to post stuff for me. They look really, really good on the car, even though they're very similar to the stock rims. I suspect it's the more pronounced spokes that do it. Went on beautifully, and Tire Rack even sent lug nuts with them.

The other curious thing is that they somehow look larger than the stock wheels or my Legacy GT wheels, even though they're 16s. It's a nifty effect.

I know what you mean about them looking larger. When I had my RS rims on the Wrx (with the same tires, which I had swapped onto WRX rims), they RS rims/tires looked bigger too. The extra .5" width makes them stick out a bit I think.

I have a digital camera if you want to come to Boston tonight.

Yer a riot, Paul. What's even funnier was how when they pulled my car into the bay and took the wheels off, every mechanic came running over to check out the DMS setup. People in the waiting area were full of questions about the car, too, and all of them said it looked great.
