I know I can get CP pistons, and a few different brands of rods, I will check on the Pauters (That is something I will have to call the distributer on)

But yes 100% on the Pistons.

Did you ever get that MAP sensor working with the UTEC? Jermaine told me that its possible if you run the oem map to the ECU and DTEC map to the UTEC.

I haven't really messed with it since the Mile. I need to mess with it, but I just blew the motor so I've got different priorities. Send me prices on the pistons and I'll see what we can do. My builder suggested the Pauters or Crowers, so either one work for me, I'm not too picky.

Ok I have prices on CP pistons, CP rings and Eagle rods.

BUT, I found out that I CAN get the Pauter and Crower rods, I am just waiting on a price sheet from them.

Do you want me to get you the price with the Eagle rods now, or do you want me to wait and shoot you a list with the Pauters and Crowers as well? It will only be like 2 hours anyway, as my contact is out for lunch at the moment.

You can hold off on getting me the price of Eagles....If I was on a hellaciosly tight budget and wasn't going for the power numbers that I am then they would be fine, but I'm not 100% comfortable with Eagles' ability to hold under big power.

No prob

What gives you that opinion on the Eagles? (I ask because I am still thinking about pulling my motor to build it here soon and I was going to use them, I only plan on going to GT30R on pump/alch power levels at the most)

Crap sorry man. If you ordered elsewhere because I didnt get back to you fast enough I deserve to lose the sale, no excuses. (yes I am just as hard on my self as I have been on others, probably worse) I am trying and getting better though.

I am still learning how to "keep up" doing this all myself. Tax stuff has my head spinning right now and has for the past couple weeks. I am discovering I didnt keep my records anywhere near organized enough.

My extra parts from snow arrive today.

I am tempted to install with the current controller instead of waiting for the safeinjection and new controller first.

Knowing me I will prolly wait and try to sell the extra controller that came with the kit as I have not opened it yet.

Do it. Its fine man, the chances of a failure are INCREDIBLY minute (sp?) and even if you do have an issue, if you tune it right you stand very little chance of actually doing any damage. Its only the most ragged edge tunes(like my personal vehicles) are insta-blow. Even then, its not a 100% certainty it would pop.

Dave,

I need silicon IC hoses (turbo to y pipe and IC to TB) and T-bolt clamps. Since I over filled (because of the misterious quart hidden in my engine somewhere) and the fact that I am peaking at 20 PSI now, the turbo to IC hose keeps coming loose. Plus, I have had to reclamp it so damn often that now it is chewed up a bit. Can you gets the parts?

Ok so I need 2 of these:

http://www.partssystems.com/shop/pro...%20200&c=TBOLT

And two of these:

http://www.partssystems.com/shop/pro...%20300&c=TBOLT

And this:

http://www.rallysportdirect.com/shop...it-p-2469.html

Or this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Grupp...spagenameZWDVW

I really only need the two IC hoses and tbolt clamps.

Whatcha think Dave, you hav the hookup on some IC hoses and clamps? 20PSI + oil overfill = turbo hose getting loose often.

Ok I ordered the clamps. I should replace the turbo to IC hose and the IC to TB hose. Do you have a supplier for these Dave?

All I want is the 90* elbow and the TB to IC hose.

Also, Hondaslayer never got back to me about a rear 06-07 STI stock diffuser.

Gabe

Just got off the phone with Snow, to answer your questions.

1-3 weeks for the safeinjection and the new controller. I guess they are changing a couple things about them.
Pump can run anything. straight water, straight ethanol, straight isopropyl, straight methanold, 50/50 mix of any of the above. You can even run straight windsheild washer fluid (which is basically 70/30 water/methanol in most cases)
