Default IL (Chicago NW burbs) - body shop for detail, minor rust repair

I'm in Des Plaines/Mt Prospect.
Looking to make my 08 WRX prettier in the following areas:

-minor rust starting on hatch tailgate emblem trim area (there was a factory service bulletin about it, but no recall).
-painting or replacing that ^ '08 chrome trim with black
-minor rust starting near front door sill by wheel well
-a few chips on hood, scratch on bumper
-some paint damage from concrete washoff (parking garage drips)
-overall exterior detail, wax and buff to clean up some clearcoat scratches (like claw marks on the door from my dog from jumping up on the door to greet me..)

Any recommendations for shops?

Looking for reasonably priced, quality work. And a "here are the options" approach, rather than "it'll cost $4000 to make your car look perfect" which I'm not interested in paying that much for.

There is no such thing as "Minor" rust repair. Its way deeper than you think it is and will require lots of cutting, welding, grinding, etc to fix. Otherwise, your shiny new paint will maybe last a year, but in Chicago will likely be peaking out again come spring time. To fix rust properly so that doesnt happen is going to take a fair bit of labor and, as such, will not be free.

I am not sure if you are on Facebook but, if you contact "Fast Eddie" facebook name Edward Gniadek, he can hook you up. He is a very talented painter and works for rock bottom prices. I think he also frequents JDM Chicago.

Could also try A&L in Palatine (847) 991-5620, or Collision Technique in Wauconda (847) 487-9055. Of the two A&L is cheaper

A&L in palatine. Anthony is the best. Every time there has been a bodyshop thread, many people have over and over again recommended A&L. They do top-quality work.
