Just picked up a 1980 Triumph Spitfire 1500 yesterday. Has only 23xxx original miles too. completely original and rust free.



we like these cars:


and since everyone loves mustangs here:




chirping tires in 2nd is fun

I hear of people dropping small/big v8 blocks in their Triumphs/MG's... would you ever do this just for fun?

funny that you mention it. we actually bought a Triumph Stag about a month ago. still hasn't arrived from California due to shipping mix ups. It has a 215cc Buick v8 swapped into it and a Borg Warner auto. Here are some pictures of it:
