Default If you had $300 bucks to spend what would you get?

I need some help. What is the best way to spend the money?

Whiteline Springs-$150+$49 for alignment.
Whiteline swaybar links- $40 for front $40 for back.
Whiteline strut tower bar-$135.
Whiteline heavy duty rear swaybar mount kit- $65.
Magnacor plug wires- $95.
Titanium dash kit-$210 shipped. Very nice kit.

What would you guys go for? I would really like the dash kit. It is REAL Titanium and covers everything. The best I have found.

Help me with some good advice.

Could you post a link to where you are buying the titanium dash kit? And do they make one for the BE/BH models?

thx..

I'd go for the dash kit too if it looks that good..

A rear anti-roll stabilizer bar, stabilizer links, and if you have enough left over, a front stabilizer bar.

I'm not sure I would get the springs without some upgrade dampers at the same time. From my experience, the stabilizer bar added far more to the car than springs did, while maintainig a good ride.

I would first recommend the Strut tower bars and Spring at the same time. Because otherwise the bars are useless if you are running a stock setup.

if you really want the dash kit, then get it and use the remaining money on the endlinks. you should do what'll make you happiest and enjoy the car the most.

DASH KITS
Type in WRXXMAS at checkout and get 20% off. He has a I-club discount.

I already have the Whiteline adjustible (20-22-24) sway bar. I think I am going to get the swaybar links front and back and the dashkit. I am going to do the springs and strutbar in a couble of months. Thanks guys for the input.

It all depends. If you want performance, get the first two. If you want looks, get the titanium dash kit. Personally, I'm a suspension tramp, so you know what I would do.

I'm presuming that you already have an uprated rear sway bar on your Legacy to complement the handling, and make it neutral. If not, THAT should be the first thing.

HIHO,

How about putting the money in an aggressive mutual fund? You're in your 20's. That money left alone can grow to a million dollars or more by the time you retire a rich man. Or you can retire early, live comfortably, travel, and drive nice cars.

Sorry. I was overcome by a sudden wave of practicality. Get a set of carbon fiber washer-fluid baffles. You never know when you'll need to squirt and corner at the same time!

HIHO:

I would go for the Dash Kit. Then the Swaybar links. I know you will like the Whiteline springs, but you may as well wait until Spring.

I would also stongly suggest investing any money you can in agressive mutual funds and IRAs. It is true that if you invest in your early 20s, like me, (I'm 24) you can have a heap of change when you are 55. I started investing when I was 18. Trippled my investments. Then lost half in the Dotcom bust, but it will all be good over the long haul.

Don't worry guys I am pretty good in the investment area. I spend money on my car LAST. Any extra I can come by. I put 17% in my 401k four different funds. The most allowed that is non-taxable. The only thing that sucks is UPS does not match any funds. I do have a great FREE pension plan though. I have 4 CDs and a money market. I also own 100 shares of DELL(I bought it at $17.00) and 100 of ORACLE.(the bottom dropped out of it ) I own my own house and both my wife's and my car are paid for. I don't think that $200 into $1,000,000 is possible in 30 years.

Anyway I think I am going to go for the Kit and swaybar links. Thanks guys for the help.

For sure. Now are those actual solid pieces or the crazy sticker-like stuff.
