Default Not reaching target (stock boost)

I hooked up my tactrix cable up to my car yesterday and did a pull thrue 2nd gear and noticed that I was not going over 7.2 manifold pressure (boost pressure). Could this be a boost leak somewhere? The previous owner put on a after market solid up pipe. Or should I try pulling in higher gears?

i have the same problem, reflashed with the tactrix last wednesday and set the stock solenoid to 19lbs took it for a run and couldn't get over .05 bar just like you i wish somebody new about this, i have a 04 wag with hybrid motor, up , turboback, intercooler and others seems like you have about the same, tune feels great just cant get the boost up, i hooked up the blitz controller and was able to make more boost except when i got to 16-18 lbs the needle on the gauge started to bob. check this out,

You won't hit full boost until 4th or 5th gear. Make a highway run and see what you hit.

You should be able to get over 7psi in any gear. I can hit 18psi in 1st.

depending on weather and set up reaching 14 lbs in 1 st is tough--stock set up test would be 3rd-if you are not hitting 14 on a stock car and a stock map--check leaks and also check the pill inside the hose going to the compressor housing. 1.2mm-lately i have been seeing the stk boost solenoids going bad.on the bugeyes

Tried third today but Im still seeing a peak of around 7.2 psi. Im going to log to a file today and post it up... Also does anyone have a link to the explanation of the Subaru turbo system components (valve, ect...)

Also could this be caused by a leak in the uppipe?
