Default 05 STi FPgreen

Got Protuned tonight at The Shop by Chris from XXTuning. Chris is a nice guy and knows his ish, gave me a nice moderate tune for my DD and my car runs amazing as compared to before with the stock VF39. Jimmy is a great guy and I highly recommend the place. My car put down 365whp @ 20psi on pump gas on my FPGreen and a set of 740cc injectors with other minor supporting mods (perin FMIC, Walbro 255, turbo inlet, cobb SF intake, turboXS TBE). 99subi also came with me and got tuned as well. He also put down some nice numbers on his 18g but I’ll let him tell you about it.

How do you compare the spool of the Green with the 20g?
Do you think the 20g is not worth it, after having a protune VF39?
Why do you went with the Green after having the 20g?

THanks

Nice numbers! I have a green on my leggy and I love it. Spool is pretty good and then it pulls hard all the way out

Is the dyno still set to display dynojet corrected numbers now that Al is gone? Regardless- nice Power curve.

Nice setup. That's what I'm shooting for next year. 365whp @ only 20 psi. Can't complain about that. Another 65whp would feel awesome!

Not the case. I originally ordered an FPGreen, I never ordered a 20g, but JSCSpeed pulled a switch on me and sent me a 20g instead. Shaddy crap, I'll bash them later for it. It wasn't the target hp I was looking for and the power band of the 20g was much more consistent though. It flat lined at 332whp from 4k all the way to 7k rpm. I was looking for 350whp. I gotta admit, it is waaaay better then the stock vf39 in my comparison to a protuned vf39 and could get some good power out of a 2.0 as well. I have a dyno chart of the turbo as well with AFR and PSI. Spool up was pretty much the same as the fpgreen. I love the green though, it's progressive and just wants more and more so basicly I gained in top end big time. So the turbo was on my car for a couple of dyno pulls and thats it.
