Default hottest restaurants in vegas? we all know the clubs, but restaurants?

Going on another trip soon on the company card and wooing clients. We all know what clubs are fun and "it"- but I am clueless as to which restaurants is the place to be at.

Your take?

I really enjoyed Mon Ami Gabi...it is at the bast of the Eiffel Tower. Very, very good authentic French food. Some of the best French food I've ever had.

You might have to have some dough in order to eat at The Wynn & The Belagio. I stayed at Wynn last year and Belagio this year.

At the Wynn there's a Japanese restaurant in the casino - I forgot the name, but it's hard to get a reservation there unless you are VIP or have a hotel agent. The food there is quite possibly some of the best I've ever had. Extremely pricey though, so watch out if you aren't in with the VIP services.

There are two restaurants at the Belagio that you can try out. One is called Shinto - they have an area that has the Benihanna style plates where they cook it on a hot plate in front of you. They also have the traditional style sushi bar at the front - both are just decent and not quite as good as the Wynn, also note, that Shintaro is expensive. I believe their most expensive menu item was $180 - that was for the Kobe sirloin and lobster tail, I believe. The other restaurant at the Belagio is called Jasmine. The food there is pretty awesome and very close to authentic Chinese cuisine - though I'm sure they also have other ethnic flavors of food there.

The place I did eat at consistently though is eNoodle at Belagio - they have tons of different menu items and dim sum. I particularly liked the Laksa style noodles they had there along with the Thai style sweet, sour, spicy noodles. They do also have rice plates etc. Decent pricing, way less than Shintaro and Jasmine.

I forgot to mention, of those restaurants, I think I liked Jasmine the least. It was probably because of the super dimmed lights even at night. I could barely see what was on my plate or who was in front of me.

Delmonico's was absolutely amazing. It is at the Venetian. One of my favorite restaurants of all time.

If you want something a little more laid back but still very good try the burger bar its like in between the luxor and mandalay bay (I think it was that whatever is left of the luxor, when you are on the strip). This place is good for an amazing burger, I had a Kobe beef burger there which was sooo good.

LOL, I never knew the real name, but now I understand why it's called metal base in Chinese. Teppan = probably means metal base or metal pan is my guess, since it sounds very close to the Chinese words.

Black velvets (half Guinness/half Magner's cider) for the win!

Second for Delmonaco's. It's Emril's steak house, so how can you go wrong? BAM!

Wanna loosen them up, have a great time and feed them reasonably??

Try leaving the Strip, and going out west.

The Lahaina Grille - rent the private room.

Video games, karaoke, DVD players, wide screen plasma TV, Sushi, Hawaiian food, and all brought to you by a private waitress into your soundproof party den!!

Get the sake flowing, the sushi plates passing around, the video games and karaoke going, and have a great time.

For an expense account dinner and someplace 'in', check out Fix at Bellagio, Tao at the Venetian, or Aureole, China Grille or Red Square at Mandalay. Bobby Flay's restaurant in Caesar's, Mesa Grille, is also excellent and Mario Batalli has a new place in Vegas, but I haven't been yet.
