Default 99 Leg fuel evaporator canister install?

Anyone know how to install a fuel evaporator canister?? Anyone know where it is?

ps its for a 99 legacy sedan 2.2 liter

Should be the blackbox behind your fuel filler neck, mine's inside the rear passengerside wheelwell, in the bumper.

is it connected to a silicon hose thats connected to the plastic gas thing that surrounds the hole for the gas filler neck? if that makes any sense...
