There have been STi wagons in Japan and other markets.

Whether it will be available in North America remains to be seen. Heck, SOA hasn't even officially announced that the STi is even coming here. It's still all speculation.

Somewhere in the wide world of sports there's a/multiple hi res pics of a beautiful white new-gen STi wagon with gold rims. Had one as the desktop of my work PC for a while..

Hold your horses for any US availability.

Oh, and that's W A G O N .. not two "G"s.

In case SOA is reading - Yes I want a STI wagon!

But if I have to settle for the STI sedan, that would be ok too.

It would be nice if they did bring the STi wagon here- but don't hold your breath.

It seems that SOA's own attitude towards the WRX Wagon seems to be that it is more mundane, the Sedan is more for performance.

I sure hope this changes, because I don't see us getting the STi wagon if it doesn't.

This is actually BrysImpreza on Herzy2.5RS's computer so you can yell at me

According to several Subaru dealerships I've talked to and a letter from S.O.A., no there will not be an STi sport wagon (I harassed them for about a year on the subject) available in the U.S. for 2003 or 2004. The STi will only be in a sedan, only in rally blue with 17 X 7 gold rims and only 1,700 per year, starting price of $30,000 - $32,000 (est.) the first batch is already basically bought by dealers and people better connected then us. My guess is not many of us will see the 2003 hitting any dealers near us, but for the lucky few, sweeeeeeeeeeeeet...

Bry.
