Very Nice!
If you have to deal with subfreezing temps, it makes a huge difference. And I can have the car toasty on my side while my wife likes things a bit cooler. |

This is my first car with heated seats and I love them.
I may be getting a bit old but...I think every car that I buy from now on will have to have heated seats. |

I will never go back to non-heated. i thought before, " who needs heated seats". I changed my tune when I sat in these babies when I sat in them though.

Absolutely fantastic. Luckily it's been a tad warmer than usual in Ottawa these days but I still put them on. This too is my first car with heated seats. I highly recommend them.

It's nice, our volvo's seat heat a lot more, but the subaru's heating setting are still nice.

This is my first car and winter with them. They're nice to have, but if they were an option, I don't know how much I'd be willing to pay. Of course we haven't had any -30 degree temperatures yet either.

The best thing about heated seats is not telling your passenger that you have them and then turning their seat on high on a hot day... It's funny the reactions you get sometimes! Heated seats are fun!

Chris, How about you help me install my seat pads and take them for a test sitting? I can get you heated seats too. Winslow

If it were an option, I would have not taken heated seats to save some money and I never thought they were that important. However since they came standard in my REX which I just bought a few months ago, they are really starting to grow on me now in subzero temperatures. I often find myself swearing badly when I start the car up by remote only to get inside the car finding that I had forgot to set the seatwarmers to on when I parked it earlier. I guess I got spoiled.

I miss my heated seats in the Jetta. I too agree that once you've got heat , there's no going back.
HOWEVER, my winter car... '91 Legacy wagon doesn't have them. How hard would it be to swap seats from a newer subie with heat ? When did they first introduce heated seats and for that matter which models will bolt right up in my car ? |
