Default Hydra EMS & GC adapter harness $1000

Mods, sorry for the cross post but seeing as these parts apply to both STi's and the GC's I thought it was appropriate for both forums.

I'm switching to an Autronic in the RS.

I'm ditching the Hydra.

It's on firmware version 2.5 $900 takes it. Works fine. Unless the car it's going into is a '98 RS with an STi swap the box will need to be sent in to re-calibrated for whatever application it's for. Any Subaru swap under the sun can use this box. The box can also be updated to a version 2.7 for a nominal fee.

I'm also selling an adapter harness that makes it a plug and play install for a '98 RS or '98/'99 legacies.

$100 for the harness.

I am willing to sell separately.

The box is in Colorado. Willing to deliver at no charge to anybody in the state

Didn't you just go through a whole bunch of work with a "K" and stock ecu for cold start and driveability?

I believe the connector is the same for the following cars:

'96 up until '99 in the Forester/Legacy
'96 until '98 in the Impreza

Here is a connector view for it.

Some GC/GM guy needs to buy this. I have lots of STi guys interested but I'm giving priority to a GC/GM owner.

I have a few people wanting to see pictures and know the condition:

Crappy cell phone pic. If somebody is SERIOUSLY interested I will send them more pics as desired. I don't know exactly what will be needed to convert this unit to run a WRX/STi. Hydra EMS USA (not element) is the one to ask about that. I'm assuming it's a simple re-flash and software re-config. Send them an e-mail. He'll know my car. It was the beat up GC that lived at his house for a few weeks.

The car is currently running on the system so I'm assuming the box is 100% healthy. I was dealing with a weird intermittent IAT issue when I first got the unit. I sent the box back to Hydra and they did a complete burn in test on all inputs/outputs. Passed with flying colors. Turned out I had 3 bad GM sensors in a row.

I forgot to add. I have the wideband harness for this box. It's for the NTK L1H1 sensor (much better than the LM1 setups that most of these units run). Harness will be included. Currently it's part of the GC adapter harness. If a non GC car will be running the wideband, Hydra EMS will be able to do what is necessary to make the wideband work with the new setup. No sensor though.

For what these things retail for this price is a steal. I just need to get rid of it so I can order my Autronic and break a world record (hint, same car, no turbo, lots of nitrous).

I'm interested in this. I have a 95 GC sedan and a 99 LGT Wagon. I plan on doing an EZ30 swap in the LGT and would like the entire setup for this. PM me and we will discuss it more.
