I think it has to do with deleted posts and banned members.

Paddy is a historic Irish blended whiskey made at the Midleton distillery complex in Cork."
About Midleton:
The new Midleton is an enormous modern distillery in County Cork built by Irish Distillers in 1975 to streamline the production of its many brands. This brought an end to nearly 200 years of Jameson production in Dublin, but the Old Jameson Distillery in Bow Street is now a visitor's centre. Tourists can also visit the Midleton complex, which is home to many other brands beside Jameson, including Green Spot, Paddy, Power's, Redbreast and Tullamore Dew."

"A well-known blend, reputedly named after a gregarious travelling sales rep for the distillery who made sure that everyone who crossed his path tried a glass."

It's a little sweet and not smoky at all. It's not that it's the best you've ever had (Redbird) but it's so hard to get in the states that it makes it that much better. YML has his dad bring me back some from time to time and my wife just got back from London. It's even hard to find there.

Galway, Cork and Dingle are my favorites.

If you can find a real legit Irish pub, they sometimes have Paddy behind the bar. There's two here in Denver (owned by the same dude) that have it. I've know that to be the case around the country as well.

Stayed at the G Hotel in Galway on two "splurge nights" in Galway. Skipped the Dingle loop for a reason I can't remember. The fine people of Ireland were the highlight of the trip, by far.

There's fajita meat tucked under all of that lettuce and stuff; they've started getting shady with the meat within the past year or so. Not a bad authentic restaurant overall though.

*Oh, and it's only 3 bucks!
