Default Stage 2 STI tuned by Agile

Well i got my car tuned by Agile Motorsports in MD yesterday and was highly amazed by my numbers.I dont have a scanner on hand but ill post my numbers for now. I have a 07 sti with hks turbo-back(they said the downpipe was holding me back),k&n drop-in filter and cobb accessport stage 2 93 octane, ngk step 1 colder plugs. My baseline numbers were 256hp@6138/251.6ft/lb@3835. AFter the tune i made 305.3hp@5496/331.8ft/lb@3844 and the car feels ridiculously faster. I would highly suggest going to them if your within driving distance.

that's a hot torque gain, they were able to do that without a gm boost solenoid?

Perhaps Ill have to go to them to get my Cobb AP tuned.

Was looking for somebody locally to tune my Cobb, wanted to go to an authorized cobb tuner but there isnt many around here at all.

I live in Northern Virginia about 15 minutes south of DC

I just got tuned at Agile as well, I think I may have one of the weaker 07's

mods: Cobb catted TBE, stage II OTS map(stock intake, stock fuel pump, no boost solenoid)

before protune (baseline): 246.1 hp and 273.3 tq

after Hill worked some magic: 298.7 hp and 332.9 tq.

I know an 07 with an invidia catless dp put down like 330 hp and 350 tq, also tuned by Hill, must have been a strong car... but I know cobb said not to go catless, but I guess that was with an ots map, catless with protune should be fine.

Oh I am very pleased with the gain Hill was able to get despite being a weaker 07, thanks Hill

My car is set up very similar to yours (stock fuel pump, Cobb TBE, stock intake) and I wasn't thrilled with my numbers either. My tuner told me that the fuel pump actually costs you a little top-end power. Maybe that's the cause? I don't claim to know much, but that's what I was told. I'm getting tuned again w/ fuel pump, 65mm APS intake and a Pro-Drive boost solenoid, so we'll see what happens.

actually, I was pleased with the gains, just saying you can get more out of the 07's with catless exhaust and some other parts. Some cars are naturally stronger than others, unfortunately mine is not one of them, but Hill was able to extract out every little bit of power he possibly could which is all I can ask of him.

My "stage 2" sti put down 230whp on Agile's dyno. The week before I went up there, I went 13.1@103mph at the strip. Mine had that 07 ecu problem which was fixed when Hill flashed it.

Mine ended up putting down 330whp @ 22psi. The best time I've managed after Hill's tune is 12.6@106mph. It was a pretty hot day so I'm gonna go once before winter hits.

Hill's tunes are pretty awesome.

Yeah, catless with a protune is fine. Hill tuned me with an invidia catless dp and I put down 328whp and 354wtq.

Invidia, more power, and less money.... oh well, live and learn. Looks like the invidia catless dp is the way to go with the 07's if you are focusing on power.
