same here unfortunately my vw was taken from me by an old lady
got any pictures of your vw?

Yes, the 92-x = WRX. Other than those two cars, no. I've heard the 9-2x has the STI steering rack, so yeah. Anyone care to elaborate?

haha I came from the VW world recently also.. I used to drive a 1990 GLI 16v. Needless to say, it's an upgrade!

thanks for all the welcome. I still have my corrado but i found that there is nothing in the vag line-up that does what this car can do. the only thing that comes close is the A3 but who has 40k to spend?

anyway I love this car. as soon as my post ticker hits 8 I will post some pics!!

Welcome. The 9-2X was my first taxi to the land of Subaru as well (since gone through a few sedans to end up with my 07 TR....). What year is your 9-2X? Get a rear strut tower bar and rear sway bar (OEM Subaru rear sway bar from 2002 WRX that is 20mm - up from the 17mm that is on your stock car - can be purchased from Subaru for only like $80 and makes a very nice difference in the back body roll that the 9-2X has).

mine is an '05 I have not had a chance to look into upgrades yet, but i only got the car yesterday...i imagine after a few weeks here I will come up with a few ideas!!! thanks for the cheap handling upgrade idea!!
